Founder of R Dugar & Associates, Rakesh has led the firm for over two decades, building a partner-led practice across audit, advisory, taxation and corporate finance. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and a registered Insolvency Professional under the IBBI, he advises promoters, boards and lenders on capital strategy, restructuring and resolution of complex situations.
